Stephanie is responsible for Capitol One’s Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity Program.  For Stephanie, diversity isn’t just about equal employment or bringing great talent from a diverse marketplace; it’s about inclusion and how to develop and leverage the contribution of each individual and his or her diverse and unique life experiences, cultures, talents, and perspectives.

Addressing the significant under-employment of people with disabilities is a personal priority for Stephanie. She strongly advocates that all persons, regardless of their disability, have the right to participate in the same full range of life experiences which others in their community enjoy.

Stephanie is a member of the National Industry Liaison Group, Richmond Industry Liaison Group, Equal Employment Advisory Council, and the GettingHired.com Advisory Council.
