Human Resources Compliance Specialist, Performance Food Group
During an ADA internship in graduate school, Mark learned about the benefits of cultural inclusion, providing effective accommodations, and eliminating barriers to participation in the workplace. After joining PFG, he launched various diversity initiatives at the corporate headquarters, including outreach programs to talented individuals with disabilities. Recently, Mark partnered with a non-profit school to host an internship to help students with learning challenges develop professional and social skills to be successful in the workforce.
Mark received his Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Richmond. He is a member of the Richmond SHRM chapter and RADR.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys volunteering at the SPCA, running, and hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
