I am Dr. Roy Grizzard, the former United States Assistant Secretary of Labor for the office of Disability Employment Policy and also the former Commissioner of the Virginia Department of Blind and Visually Impaired.  Prior to that I spent 25 years as a school administrator.  I have expertise dealing with all issues related to the various  disabilities.  I speak to both large and small groups, conferences and training seminars.  My speeches are insightful, motivational and spiced with humor.
